A family table from Anatolia, set in Agawam

Named for the volcanic landscape of central Anatolia — a region where civilizations have gathered, cooked, and celebrated for millennia.

Cappadocia opened in Agawam in 2025 so that table could exist here: meze, mangal, and hospitality first. Guests are seated, poured tea, and fed until the table looks generous.

We cook what we would serve our own family — hummus, babaganoush, and piyaz, charcoal Adana and şiş, morning kahvaltı, and baklava that has to shatter.
